Teaching Co-Regulation

How to Read Another Person to Develop Meaningful Connection

Uncover the essentials of co-regulation and why it’s so important to health and emotional well-being as men. Learn how to read others in ways they are unaware of as a means to help them feel safe and connected. To be effective at creating connection, you need to be good at co-regulation.

This event offers a preview of skills we are teaching at MELT: Men's Emotional Leadership Training & Retreat, October 22-24 in Rhinebeck, NY.

Co-regulation is when your brain, nervous system, and body sync with another person’s brain, nervous system, and body. Being a good co-regulator means you are innately good at reading another person. In this workshop we will distill years of research to help you understand a few simple ways to learn and immediately apply these skills. Best of all, you’ll be learning directly from our very own Owen Marcus, author and Men’s Work “god-father” and Mike Sagun, acclaimed Men’s Coach and EVRYMAN lead facilitator.

RSVP above and join us 9/22 to learn more.

Date: Sept 22nd 8:00 PM ET

Cost: FREE

Time: 90 Minutes
